These three salmon wraps deliver big on flavor, are simple to prepare, and are perfect for an easy lunch! Made with simple ingredients, you can make them quickly.
When it comes to easy lunches, wraps are at the very top of my list. From Cajun chicken wraps to Thai turkey lettuce wraps, they are easy to prepare and bold in flavor.

When it comes to canned salmon, I always think of salmon patties or salmon burgers, but there are so many options beyond that, including serving in wraps.
Today, Iโm partnering with Gold Seal to share three delicious salmon wraps. Made with Gold Seal's new Skinless Boneless Wild Pink Salmon, which is perfect for this type of recipe! Traditional salmon with skin and bones is very rich in calcium, but I've never been a huge fan of the skin and bones and often pick them out; having them removed already makes prep even quicker.
The other great thing is that the salmon comes in great portion sizes with 2 servings per can: it's perfect to open up and use right away!
Wild pink salmon has robust flavor that goes well with the flavors in these recipes. For more recipes featuring Gold Seal's Wild Pink Salmon, check out their website!

1. Salmon Caesar Salad Wraps
Garlicky, creamy and slightly pungent, caesar salad dressing is such a perfect ingredient to pair with salmon. For this recipe, we have adapted the caesar salad dressing from my kale caesar salad and paired with crunchy romaine lettuce and parmesan cheese.
Wrap it up in a tortilla, and voila! Salmon caesar salad wraps.

- Swap the tortilla for a low carb wrap, turn it into a sandwich, or serve it in pita bread
2. Everything Bagel Salmon Wraps
This simple recipe spreads cream cheese over half the wrap, then sprinkles with everything bagel seasoning. If you can't find it in the store, you can make your own homemade everything bagel seasoning!
Next, layer the salmon, cucumber slices and bell peppers, wrap it up and enjoy.

3. Salmon Sushi Wraps
The flavors of salmon naturally go so well with sushi. To make imitation sushi wraps, we first mix cooked rice with rice vinegar and crumbled seaweed. Next we layer the salmon, sushi rice, cucumber, carrots and avocado, wrap it up, and enjoy!
This recipe goes well with a dipping sauce; consider adding some sriracha mayo onto the wrap for a little kick.

cook time- 25 minutes
swaps
- swap rice for sauteed cauliflower rice (you may need to adjust the amount of rice vinegar)
- swap cucumbers + carrots for thinly sliced bell peppers, shredded cabbage or sautรฉed and thinly sliced mushrooms
- consider adding a sauce like sriracha mayo or some pickled ginger for added flavor

These three recipes are all amazing.
I have tweaked here and there depending on the ingredients available.
I have used rice paper wraps as an alternative to tortillas as well with the sushi wraps and have tried adding rice noodles and cabbage
The spicy mayo is a perfect compliment.
