Ingredient notes
- yogurt- these recipes were tested with plain greek yogurt- you can use any %
- honey- adds just a touch of sweetness to the dip, though most of the sweetness should come from the fruit. You can swap for maple syrup or your favorite liquid sweetener.
- vanilla- makes the dip seem sweeter without actually adding sugar; you could swap for your favorite extract including peppermint (would go well with the chocolate) or almond

FAQ
These fruit dips will keep for quite a long time; likely as long as the expiry date on your yogurt. I prepare and portion out 4-5 days at a time for snacks through the week. When portioning these yogurt dips out, I worry more about the fruit expiring than the yogurt.
Yes, feel free to increase the honey to taste. Just remember that the fruit itself will be sweet and it's nice to have a flavor contrast.
Unfortunately yogurt does not freeze/thaw well, breaking and flaking upon thawing. Therefore I do not recommend freezing this recipe.
