- 10 large eggs (see note 1)
Heat air fryer to 250°F or 120°F.
Add eggs to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 16 minutes, then carefully scoop the eggs out and place into an ice water bath.
Leave in the ice bath for 10 minutes, then store for meal prep or peel and enjoy.
1- this recipe was tested with large eggs. If using extra large or jumbo, you may need to add extra time on. If using small or medium eggs, you may need to reduce the cook time slightly.
Storage
- in the shell- store in the fridge for up to 7 days
- peeled- store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 4 days
