Air Fryer Roasted Potatoes
Golden and perfectly seasoned, these air fryer roasted potatoes can be on your table in just 20 minutes! Faster and more energy efficient than using your oven.
- 1 ½ lbs red potatoes cut into 1 ½ inch pieces; see note 1
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
Heat air fryer to 390°F/ 200°C.
In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with the olive oil, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder and salt.
Transfer the potatoes to the air fryer basket once it has come to temperature.
Cook for 18-20 minutes, shaking the basket every 3-4 minutes to mix up the potatoes.
1- Yukon gold or baby potatoes may also be used; adjust cook time as needed
Store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Heat air fryer to 390°F/200°C and add the potatoes.
cook for 3-5 minutes until warmed through.
