  • 1 head cauliflower (cut into bite-sized florets; roughly 8 cups)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese (freshly grated)


  • Heat oven to 425°F.
  • Toss together cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder and salt. Arrange on a large baking dish and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake in pre-heated oven for 25-30 minutes, until cauliflower is cooked through and gets brown and golden bits.
