Cinnamon Pie Crust Shards
- 1 pie crust
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Sundaes
- 16 scoops ice cream
- 1 cup lemon curd
- 2 cups whipping cream (or more to taste)
Cinnamon Pie Crust Shards
Pre-heat oven to 400°F.
Roll the pie crust out onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Prick several times with a fork. Mix the cinnamon & sugar together and sprinkle evenly over the pie crust.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, until crust is golden and baked through.
Cool slightly and cut into wedges or break into 'shards'.
Sundae Assembly
For each sundae, I recommend:-2 scoops of ice cream-2 tablespoons of lemon curd-¼ cup whipped cream-⅛ of the pie crust
