Greek Yogurt Fruit Dip (3 ways!)

Creamy greek yogurt fruit dip makes you feel like you're indulging in something decadent, but is made with good for you ingredients! Creamy, slightly sweet, and perfect for dunking your favorite fruit. 3 flavors: chocolate, key lime and almond butter.

  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1.5 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/16 teaspoon cinnamon or just a generous pinch

Almond Butter

  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1.5 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla
  • teaspoon cinnamon

Key Lime

  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1.5 tablespoons honey
  • 2 key limes zested
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla


  • Mix together ingredients- in a medium-sized bowl, stir together the fruit dip ingredients until smooth and well combined.

  • Portion or serve- If you are using for meal prep, you can portion out the dip in small containers. Otherwise, serve it right away!

Serving size
This recipe makes a smaller batch (serves 4, ½ cup total). Drag the serving size number in the recipe card to increase the portion.
Store in an air tight container for up to 5 days. Do not freeze.
This dip is not overly sweet, but you can increase the sweetener if desired.
