Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt * see note 1
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Combine - Stir together all ingredients. Use on salad or as a dip.

Notes

1.  Greek yogurt can be used for a thicker dressing, however, it adds a strong tangy yogurt flavor to the recipe. For a more neutral flavor use regular plain yogurt.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
