- 1 cup uncooked quinoa
- 2 cups chicken or vegetable stock
- ¼ teaspoon salt (optional)
Rinse quinoa in a colander under the tap for 1 minute.
Add rinsed quinoa to a pot with 2 cups of chicken or vegetable stock and salt.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove pot to a cool burner and allow quinoa to rest for 10 minutes.
