Air Fryer Cauliflower

Crispy air fryer cauliflower is tender with golden, crunchy bits! Ready in under 20 minutes, it's oil-free and so simple to prep.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cauliflower (cut into 1.5 inch florets)
  • 1 egg white
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup Panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  • Heat air fryer to 390°F/ 200°C.
  • In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower with the egg white. Mix for 1-2 minutes until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
  • Next, sprinkle the garlic powder and salt over the cauliflower. Toss with a spatula until spices are evenly distributed.
  • Add the panko, and mix until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
  • Dump the cauliflower into the basket.
  • Cook for 10 minutes without shaking or moving the cauliflower.
  • Toss the cauliflower gently, prying apart any florets that have stuck together, and moving cauliflower from the bottom to the top.
  • Cook for 2-5 more minutes, until cauliflower is done to your liking.

Storage
After cooking, cauliflower may be stored in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Reheat
Heat air fryer to 390°F/200°C. Add the cauliflower and cook for 2-4 minutes, until warmed through and crispy.
