2cupsstrawberriesstems removed, washed and diced into 0.5-1cm pieces
1tspgranulated sugar
⅓cupshredded basilloosely packed
Cinnamon-Sugar Wonton Chips
1teaspoonground cinnamon
4tablespoonsgranulated sugar
½cupmelted butter
1packagewonton wrappers (at least 40 wonton wrappers)

Strawberry Bruschetta
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, toss to combine.
Cinnamon-Sugar Wonton Chips
Pre-heat oven to 400 F. Line a baking sheet with silicone baking mats or parchment paper.
Slice individual wonton wrappers in half and arrange on baking sheet. Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with approximately ⅛ tsp of cinnamon sugar per 'chip' {or, to taste}.
Bake for 5-7 minutes, until dark and crispy. Allow to cool for 3 or so minutes on baking sheet, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Keep your wonton wrappers covered with a moist paper towel or dish towel when you are not using them.
