Stuffed Pepper Soup

• olive oil • onion • garlic • lean ground turkey • Worcestershire sauce • stock • diced tomatoes • bell peppers • salt • dried oregano • dried basil • bay leaf • long grain white rice
What You Need:
Heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion, and cook for 5-7 minutes, until soft. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add the lean ground turkey and cook, breaking it up with a spatula, until no longer pink. Add Worcestershire sauce, and stir to combine.
Combine + Simmer
Add all remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer (covered), for 20-25 minutes.
Taste and adjust seasoning, and enjoy!
