Butternut Squash Soup Recipe
There is very little prep work required and it is ready in under 30 minutes

• Olive oil • Onion • Dried sage leaves • Carrots • Butternut Squash • Chicken or Veggie Stock • Maple Syrup • Salt • Milk
What You Need:
Sauté the onion in the olive oil for 5-7 min, until translucent. Add the sage and cook for another 1 minute or so, until fragrant.
Add the carrots, butternut squash, stock, maple syrup, and salt. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add the cup of milk and blend with an immersion blender until smooth and creamy.
