Super Speedy Tzatziki Sauce

Super speedy tzatziki sauce made with just six simple ingredients! Perfect for dipping pita bread and veggie sticks, or to serve as a salad dressing! Ready in 12 minutes it's gluten-free, low carb, and meal prep friendly.

Ingredients

  • 1 long english cucumber
  • 2 cups plain greek yogurt (or plain yogurt)
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill

Instructions

  • Shred - Shred cucumber on a box grater and spread out on a paper towel-lined plate. Sprinkle with a bit of salt and let it sit for 10 minutes. Press with extra paper towels until most of the moisture has been removed.
  • Combine - In a large bowl, combine the cucumber, yogurt, garlic powder, salt, lemon juice and dill.

  • Serve - Enjoy with pita bread, on sandwiches, or as a salad dressing.

Notes

This recipe stores really well and works great for meal prep!
  • Refrigerate - store for up to 4 days in an airtight glass meal prep container or glass jar in the fridge
  • Freeze - unfortunately, this recipe will likely no freeze/ thaw well.
