How to Cook Bacon in the Oven

- 1 package bacon (16-20 slices)
Heat oven to 400°F.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil, and fold edges up to prevent grease from running out. You can also use parchment but make sure it covers more than the whole pan (so the grease doesn't run under it).
Arrange bacon in a single layer with not too much overlap.
Bake for 15-20 minutes. My bacon was perfect at 17 minutes. Keep an eye during the last few minutes so you don't overcook.
