Ingredients

  • 2 apples (sliced)
  • 6 oz smoked gouda (cut into wedges)
  • 8 oz deli turkey meat
  • 2 cups baby carrots
  • crackers (or flatbread; preferably wrapped to keep them fresh)

Instructions

  • Prepare a bowl with 4 cups water and 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Slice apples, and place in the lemon water for 5 minutes. Drain off the extra water and blot lightly with paper towel to remove extra moisture.
  • Into a 3-cup capacity meal prep container, place:
    ½ an apple
    1.5 oz smoked gouda
    2 oz turkey meat
    ½ cup baby carrots
    1 package crackers
  • Refrigerate for up to 4 days.
