Prepare a 9x9 inch pan by lining with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together coconut, Rice Krispies, oats and sliced almonds. Set aside.
In a medium pot, combine the almond butter, honey, brown sugar and coconut oil. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until everything is completely combined, and smooth.
Pour wet ingredients over dry, and stir until completely combined.
Press firmly into the prepared pan with a spatula. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into bars.
Chocolate
In a double boiler, heat the chocolate and coconut oil, stirring until completely combined and smooth.
Using a spoon, drizzle the chocolate over the bars (over wax paper or parchment).
Sprinkle with salt.
Notes
Bars are best stored in the refrigerator. They will keep for up to 7 days in a sealed container.
