Instant Pot Cajun Rice and Sausage

carrots  celery  onion  andouille sausages  roma tomatoes  basmati rice  chicken stock Cajun seasoning  salt instant pot

what you'll need:


dump all ingredients veggies, andouille sausage, basmati rice, chicken stock, cajun seasoning and salt into the inner pot of a instant pot, and stir until well combined.


pressure cook

put lid on, set valve to 'sealing' and pressure cook on high pressure for 3 minutes.



once the pin has dropped, remove the lid and fluff rice with a fork.


1. cook as directed in the recipe card. 2. portion out into meal prep containers and allow to cool. 3. refrigerate for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. 4. reheat in the microwave until steaming hot.
