Herb Crusted Broiled Salmon
salmon fillets extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil lemon salt + pepper garlic powder onion powder dried basil dried oregano
what you'll need:
adjust top rack
position the top rack 4-6 inches from the top element of the oven.
in a small bowl, stir together the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, basil and oregano.
brush a baking sheet with oil, arrange the salmon, 1-2 inches apart. brush salmon with olive oil, then sprinkle with seasoning blend.
broil for 9-12 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork, or until it reaches 125- 140 °F
fridge-store in an air tight container for up to 4 days. reheat- in a covered dish in the oven at 350°F for 10-15 minutes meal prep portion out with rice and steamed vegetables. store in the fridge for up to 4 days. heat in the microwave until steaming hot.
