Chicken Wrap Recipe

They are ideal for meal prep lunches, or an easy weeknight dinner!

Why we love this recipe

•  olive oil • chicken breasts  • cajun seasoning   • bell peppers   • red onion  • cherry tomatoes   • tortillas

What You Need:

Cook Chicken

In a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the chicken, and sprinkle with 1 ½ tablespoons of cajun seasoning.


Sautée Veggies

Add the bell pepper and onion to the pan, sprinkling with another 1 ½ tablespoons of cajun seasoning. Cook for 5 or so minutes



Divide between four 2-cup capacity storage containers. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days. (for meal prep only)



When you are ready to serve, spoon heated filling into wraps or tortillas and enjoy!
