Roasted Brussels Sprouts

What You Need:
Prepare brussels sprouts: trim off stem, then slice in half.
Toss the brussels sprouts in olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then arrange on a large sheet pan.
Roast for 25 minutes at 450ºF or until the brussels sprouts are browned and cooked through.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired. Enjoy!
