Baked Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs

what you'll need:

prepare sauce

in a small jar, shake together the honey, soy sauce, garlic, apple cider vinegar, worcestershire sauce and sesame oil.



In a baking dish, arrange chicken thighs. pour the sauce evenly over top, then wiggle the thighs around so the sauce gets underneath them as well.



bake at 400°F for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, and stir together a slurry of cornstarch and cold water, then add it to the dish.

return to the oven for another 15-20 minutes, until sauce has thickened slightly and chicken has reached 165°F.


1. assemble all ingredients in a gallon-sized freezer bag or meal prep container 2. squeeze out as much air as possible. 3. freeze flat for up to 3 months. 4. thaw 24-48 hours before you plan to cook it up. 5. bake up as directed in the recipe card!
