Air Fryer Burgers 

lean–ground beef  garlic  Worcestershire sauce salt large egg breadcrumbs

what you'll need:


combine the ground beef, garlic, worcestershire, salt and egg. When completely combined, add the breadcrumbs and mix until integrated evenly.


form patties

divide the mixture into four, then take ¼ of the mixture into the palm of your hand. do not exceed 1 inch in thickness. 



cook for 6 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3 minutes. 


preparing ahead

raw patties may be stored in a covered dish in the fridge for up to 24 hours raw patties may be frozen on a baking sheet for 2-3 hours, then put a freezer bag 

use a digital thermometer handle carefully do not over-mix the patty meat toast your bun choose the best meat- avoid 'lean ground turkey' or 'turkey breast'
