It’s round-up post time again! This month, I’m rounding up some healthy make ahead lunch bowl ideas for us all that would make perrrfect work lunches!
I tried to stick to those with ingredients that will keep for a few days so that you can make them ahead of time, however a lot of them have avocados, which as we all know do not keep well! So make sure to leave them out or even bring one along with you to work so you can slice it on fresh 🙂 I would also consult each recipe for instructions on whether they can be dressed ahead of time.
